1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RCE Skills Academy website (www.rceskillsacademy.org), registering for any RCE program, or signing a registration or waiver form for memberships, 1-on-1 training, or camps, the parent or legal guardian of the player agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for our programs.
2. Programs Offered
RCE Skills Academy provides youth basketball player development, including but not limited to:
- Annual and monthly memberships (Starter, Elite, Academy tiers) with group skills training and (for annual tiers) eligible Holiday Break Camp and/or Summer Camp access, subject to current program terms
- Private 1-on-1 basketball training packages (1, 4, and 10 session packages)
- Holiday Break Camps, single-day camps, and multi-day camps during scheduled school breaks
- Rocket City Elite team programs (separate registration, fees, and eligibility rules apply)
3. Registration & Eligibility
Players are typically ages 7–14. Specific program age and grade requirements are described on each program page. Registration is completed through our official GoHighLevel forms. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a spot in any program; RCE will follow up to confirm availability, scheduling, and any program-specific requirements.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are processed through our third-party registration and payment providers (GoHighLevel and related processors). Specific payment, billing, refund, and cancellation terms for each program are set out in the registration form, the program product description in our checkout, and any signed enrollment documents.
General principles (subject to confirmation)
- Monthly memberships may be canceled in accordance with the terms provided at registration
- Annual memberships are typically non-refundable once the program year has started, except as required by applicable law
- 1-on-1 package sessions are scheduled with RCE staff; cancellation and rescheduling rules are confirmed at booking
- Camp fees, early-bird pricing, and refund windows are set per camp and are listed on the relevant camp page
Refund and cancellation terms must be confirmed against the actual GHL product configuration for each offering.
5. Code of Conduct
RCE expects players, parents, and guardians to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other players, and facility property. RCE reserves the right to dismiss a player from any program for conduct that RCE determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive. Refund eligibility in such cases is determined by RCE based on the circumstances.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Basketball training and related physical activity carry inherent risks of injury. By registering a player for any RCE program, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and assumes these risks. Specific waiver and consent language is included in the official RCE registration forms. RCE maintains facility and program insurance as appropriate; specific coverage and limits should be confirmed with RCE directly.
7. Media & Photography
From time to time, RCE may photograph or record video at training, camps, and events for use in marketing, social media, and program materials. Parents and guardians may opt out of media use of their player through the registration form or by contacting RCE in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the RCE website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of RCE Skills Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
